I brought in a 2006 Envoy for a recall. Had to return for an additional part that needed to be ordered. On other work requested, windshield washer nozzle had to be replaced. Had to return again because the hose connecting the nozzle was brittle, broke and needed to be replaced. A closer examination would avoided me having to make an extra trip. But, everything was rectified, I appreciated the shuttle service and a very pleasant and clean waiting area. I brought in my 2005 Tahoe for a problem with the ac. The staff diagnosed the problem, provided a price quote and once authorized, proceeded to do the repair. The job was finished on time at the cost quoted and I was notified when it was ready. Obviously, we all hate to spend money on repairs but what makes it worse is when we have to spend more than the original quote or if it takes logger than expected to complete and worst of all, having to call to see if the vehicle is ready.
